On this conifer transect in the far northeast of our state, we recorded 26 species, including 6 conservation priorities. The most abundant were Brewer's Sparrow, Dark-eyed Junco, Chipping Sparrow, Clark's Nutcracker, Mountain Chickadee, Hermit Thrush, and Mountain Bluebird.
