We invite you to bird with us as we stroll with us through the old tombstones at the Silver Terrace Cemetery in Virginia City and get into the Halloween spirit. This will be a great trip for beginning birders! While 8 AM may not be the spookiest hour, it’ll be easier to see birds this way. Feel free to come in costume, or not! Several of Nevada’s cemeteries are filled with trees and surrounded by stark desert, this attracts migrating birds to seek solace in the trees. Please RSVP to outreach@gbbo.org. This trip will be free, but, as always, your donations are greatly appreciated!
