Each week the Reno Centennial Sunset Rotary Club meets at Famous Dave’s BBQ on Tuesdays at 6 PM. On October 25th, GBBO Outreach Biologist Ned Bohman will be featured, giving a 20-minute presentation about birdwatching in the Reno area. Did you know 344 species of birds have been documented in Washoe county?? Ned will discuss different species of birds you can see in different locations, and some tips for finding unique species. Rotary clubs are a great way to become involved in your community. At this meeting, Ned will also discuss ways to get involved with conservation science in the area.
